Mediclinic The Patient

The brief:

Mediclinic Southern Africa briefed Okuhle Media to create a video tool for their internal communication purposes. The objective of this messaging was to facilitate a space to discuss some critical information pertaining to clinical safety and the patient experience with key hospital staff.

The solution:

We developed a telenovela medical soap opera. Think ‘Greys Anatomy’ in 2 minute bursts. The series of three mini hospital dramas was received with much excitement and enthusiasm by staff. The videos were used as a compelling ‘scene setter’ that facilitated deep, solution driven conversations between the leaders of the organization and their staff.
