TV host, local food blogger and cookbook author, Sarah Graham continues her delectable food safari journey in a new Season of Sarah Graham’s Food Safari that last year saw her travel to 31 breath-taking locations across Zimbabwe, Zambia and South Africa in Season 1. During season 2  Sarah will take you on an epic bush & beach journey through Mozambique and the North East corner of South Africa. We’ll give you a taste of the magic of Mozambique, serving up the freshest seafood and other local favourites, and meeting colourful characters along the way. And then head back to South Africa for a safari experience that rivals any other as we traverse the world famous Kruger National Park - unlocking the local flavours, unique culture, and natural beauty of each location. Situated along the east coast of Southern Africa, Mozambique boasts the longest coastline on earth, with white sand beaches stretching as far as the eye can see, and the exquisite turquoise waters dotted with their famous Arab-dhow style wooden fishing boats, and beautiful daily catches of fresh fish. Also, you’ll find colourful cosmopolitan African towns and cities with bustling street life and a kaleidoscope of Portuguese-inspired spicy flavours. The people are as warm as the weather, and their laid-back lifestyle never fails to bring a smile to any traveller’s face. It’s all your island-style dreams come true, with an unmistakable African flair that’s hard not to fall in love with.

No Season of Food Safari would be complete without a taste of the African bush, and in the North East of South Africa you find Kruger National Park. It’s one of the world’s most famous national parks, and for good reason. The wildlife viewing opportunities are almost unparalleled, with all of Africa’s most iconic species accounted for. The landscape is just as dramatic, charming and undulating, dotted with granite hills, and tropical forests to the north. We’ll explore some of the parks’ most special safari locations that offer us views into the heart and soul of the area, as well as some of the ground-breaking conservation campaigns that protect, respect and conserve this area for future generations. We’ll explore the sights, the sounds and the stories, punctuated by delicious food and breathtaking bush backdrops.
