Culinary lifestyle series, KosKaskenades is back for season 2 and is set to be tastier than ever.

Chef and food stylist, Caro Alberts gets her culinary juices flowing in the kitchens of everyday South Africans catering for their special events. With ingredients sourced from the hosts’ pantries, fridges, and freezers (and with a little help from her ever-present ‘trommel’ and toolbox), Caro makes delectable dishes to amaze the masses.

A firm believer in “the whole package” and to ensure every event is perfect from beginning to end, Caro not only focuses on the menu, but also makes full use of her styling talents to create beautiful table settings using items she finds in the host’s home and garden and a few goodies from her toolbox.

Reflecting on the most memorable moments of shooting season 2, Caro says

“the most fun things on Koskaskenades is meeting new people and getting to scratch in their fridges! A fridge says a lot about a person!”

In the latest season of Koskaskenades, Caro will reveal just how much she likes to think outside of the box. “I love thinking on my feet and being creative, and that is the exact expectation from me at every shoot! I get to do what I love every day – that is truly special!”
